Mr. Gula, a professional engineer with over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, has had a distinguished career. He spent 30 years with Placer Dome Inc. (later Goldcorp Inc.), where he held various senior positions, including Mine General Manager at the Musselwhite Mine. Afterward, he joined North American Palladium Ltd. as the Director of Mining until the company was acquired by Impala Platinum Holdings Limited. In this role, he was appointed Director of Strategy and Business Planning and later served as Vice President Technical Services and Projects. Mr. Gula also provided consulting services to Stantec, supporting major mining companies in executing a diverse range of capital projects and studies. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Galway Metals. Mr. Gula holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering degree from Laurentian University.
